BatchlyHQ was built at Gold Spoon Creamery, in its kitchen, around its batch freezers and its morning runs.
A shop that makes its own ice cream keeps a lot in its head. Which flavors to run today, and how much mix each takes. What's in each one, and what it costs. Which buckets are in which freezer, and what the other shop is out of.
Gold Spoon kept it on a whiteboard, a clipboard, and a few spreadsheets. BatchlyHQ is what replaced them. It runs Gold Spoon's kitchen every day, and the shops of friends in the trade.
It does the organizing so the kitchen can do the making. You make the ice cream. We'll keep track.
