How it works

From batch to bucket to scoop: a recipe and its cost, the day's run, a code on each batch, its labels, and a delivery to your other shop.

Step 1

A recipe, and what it costs

Write a flavor's recipe on its mix: the cream, the sugar, the vanilla beans. BatchlyHQ prices every line from what you paid, so you see what a batch, a pint, and a bucket cost to make, and it changes when a price does.

Step 2

The day's run

Build the run list for each batch freezer. BatchlyHQ says how much mix each batch takes for the size of your batch freezer, and the order to run them so a clean-out falls in the right place.

Step 3

A code on every batch

Each batch gets a code as it comes out of the batch freezer. The code goes on its labels, and the batch's page keeps which ingredients and which lots went into it.

Step 4

Pint and bucket labels

Print a label for every bucket and pint: the flavor, its ingredients and allergens, the batch code, and a best-by date. One tap from the run list, or from the Labels page on any phone or iPad.

Step 5

A request from another location

A scoop shop asks the kitchen for six buckets of Vanilla Bean and two of Dark Chocolate. The kitchen sees it on its own page, packs it, and sends it.

Step 6

Delivered, and counted

When it arrives the shop marks it received, and the counts at both ends move. Counting the dipping cabinet and the freezers is a few taps from a phone.

Less to remember. More to make.
